Kendrapara: The district administration on Friday shut the district headquarters hospital in Odisha’s Kendrapada for 72 hours from 4 pm of August 21.
The decision was taken after some staff of the hospital tested positive for COVID-19. “To contain the virus spread effectively, the hospital will stay shut for the next 72 hrs,” the administration tweeted.
However, fever clinic, casualty, emergency operation theatre and obstetrics operation theatre services will continue during the period, it added.
