Cuttack: The COVID-19 tally in the Millenium City touched 5122 with another 198 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
According to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC), 67 cases are from institutional quarantine and 57 from home quarantine. The remaining 57 are local contact cases.
Among the institutional quarantine cases, 16 are COVID warriors.
The home quarantine cases include 12 from Bamphi Sahi and five each from Chauliaganj and Nayak Sahi.
Local contact cases have been reported from Ranihat (7), and three each from CDA Sector-9, Arunoday Nagar, Chauliyaganj and Cantonment Road.
The CMC also informed about another 318 patients getting cured of the infection.
With 27 deaths and 3232 recoveries, Cuttack city now has 1863 active cases.
