COVID-19 Tally In Odisha’s Bhadrak Nears 2K; Surge In Local Contact Cases Continues
Bhadrak: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha’s Bhadrak district touched 1930 on Friday with an overnight addition of 89 new cases.
According to the district administration, all of the new patients are local contact cases.
The highest of 28 cases have been reported from Basudevpur block, followed by 18 from Bhadrak municipality, nine from Tihidi, seven from Bhadrak block, six from Dhamnagar NAC, five each from Bonth and Chandbali, four from Dhamnagar, three from Bhandaripokhari, two from Chandbali NAC and one from Basudevpur municipality. The remaining one belongs to Simulia under the Balasore district.

With six deaths and 1061 recoveries, Bhadrak now has 863 active cases.
