Cuttack: The city witnessed a marginal rise in COVID-19 positive cases in the last 24 hours as 67 new patients were detected.
While 54 people had tested positive for the virus on Tuesday, there were 64 cases on Monday, 71 on Sunday and 85 on Saturday.
Of the new cases, 25 were reported from institutional quarantine centres and 13 from home quarantine, while 29 were local contacts, according to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC).
With the latest addition, the total positive cases have gone up to 14,350 in the city. While 13,420 patients have recovered, 66 have succumbed to the disease. There are 864 active cases at present, the CMC stated.
