New Delhi: The Union Health Ministry on Tuesday said that persons aged 60 years and above with comorbidities won’t have to produce or submit any medical certificate to get their ‘precautionary’ or ‘booster’ dose, the ANI tweeted.
“…Such persons are expected to obtain the advice of their doctor before deciding to avail of precaution dose…,” the ministry added.
The Centre has announced ‘precautionary’ doses for senior citizens with comorbidities from January 10.
