Rourkela: NIT-Rourkela will be the organizing institute for Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) for admission to different engineering courses of 31 NITs and other government-funded institutions across the country.
Registration for Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA)/CSAB-2022 counselling for admission to NITs will begin in the second week of September, immediately after declaration of JEE Advanced results.
CSAB-2022 has been constituted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, with the Director, NIT-Rourkela, as its Chairperson.
Details of admission procedure, fee payment and refund rules, admission schedule, list of Verifying Centre/Help Centres, list of participating institutes with the total number of seats, fee structure, and contact addresses, seat distribution in the Institutes, etc. are available on JoSAA and CSAB websites.
Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the two websites — https://josaa.nic.in/ and https://csab.nic.in/ — for updates and details regarding the online admission process.
