CSK & RCB To Kick Off IPL 2024 On March 22; Cuttack’s Barabati Stadium Misses Out

Cuttack: There was a buzz that the Barabati Stadium here will get to host an IPL match after a decade.

A report said that Delhi Capitals won’t have their home ground ready for the first 2 matches, and had wanted to play in Cuttack and Pune.

But unfortunately, that’s not happening.

As per the fixtures released on Thursday for the first 17 days, Delhi Capitals will play both their first two home games – against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Kolkata Knight Riders – in Visakhapatnam.

The 2024 edition of the world’s most popular T20 league will kick off with a clash between defending champions CSK and Royal Challengers Bangalore.
