Cuttack: Police on Monday bust a sex racket and arrested 4 persons besides rescuing two women.
According to reports, the sex racket was being run from a rented house behind Radhanath Institute of Advanced Training in Education in Lalbag area of the city.
Acting on a tip-off, a police team reached the spot and rescued two women. The arrested persons include the racket mastermind a driver with the PHD, house owner and two customers.
