Washington: As Elon Musk’s stock is rising as President Donald Trump’s trusted lieutenant in the US government, his family is growing at a rapid rate too.
The tech billionaire and Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head recently welcomed another child, his 14th if reports of his previous child are true.
His partner Shivon Zilis, an executive at Musk’s Neuralink, gave birth to a baby boy who they have named Seldon Lycurgus. The news comes at a time when Musk – who now has four kids with Zilis – celebrated their daughter’s first birthday.
Zilis announced the birth of Seldon on X, which was confirmed by Musk.
“Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus. Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much,” said Zilis.
Zilis’ post, which did not mention the date of Seldon’s birth, was welcomed with a heart emoji by Musk.

Last month, influencer Ashley St Clair said she had given birth to Musk’s 13th child, although the Tesla CEO has not yet publicly acknowledged her claims.
Clair claimed she and Musk conceived the child during a January 2024 trip to St. Barths.
MUSK’S FAMILY TREE
Till last year, Musk is known to have fathered 12 children with different women, thereby creating a sprawling family tree.
6 children with Justine Wilson – Musk first became father at the age of 31 when his first child Nevada Alexander was born in 2002, with ex-wife Justine Wilson. Unfortunately Nevada passed away at just 10 weeks old. Musk had five more children with Wilson — twins Vivian and Griffin, and triplets Damian, Kai and Saxon. Daughter Vivian was in spotlight three years ago when she came out as transgender and legally changed her name, removing Musk’s surname.
3 children with Grimes – Musk got into a relationship with pop star Grimes in 2018, and they had their first child together in 2020 — son named X Æ A-12. Musk and Grimes went on to have two more children — Exa Dark Sideræl (born in 2021) and Techno Machinus (born in 2023).

Musk met Zilis, who was an executive at Neuralink — a company that develops implantable brain-computer interfaces (BCIs). Their relationship was said to be professional initially. In Musk’s biography written by journalist Walter Isaacson, Zilis said Elon encouraged her to have children. The two had twins Strider and Azure (3 years old) through in-vitro fertilization. The couple then welcomed daughter Arcadia, who is a year old, and recently son Seldon.
Son with Ashley St Clair – Though Musk has not officially acknowledged it, 26-year-old MAGA influencer Ashley Clair said she had given birth to Musk’s 13th child, a son referred to as ‘RSC’ in court papers. Clair, who has moved court for sole custody of the child, said that the Tesla founder has had no involvement in the child’s upbringing, reported The Independent.
