Bhubaneswar: Several places in Odisha are experiencing rain on Friday under the influence of a Deep Depression over southwest Bay of Bengal.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow warning of light rain for Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal, Cuttack (including Cuttack city), and Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) districts till 2.30 pm.
Light to moderate rain may also occur at a few places in Puri, Nayagarh, Ganjam, and Gajapati during forenoon to afternoon.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather.
