Bhubaneswar: The deep depression that lies over north-west Bay of Bengal will cross West Bengal and Bangladesh coasts between Sagar Islands and Khepupara over Sundarbans around noon on Friday.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the deep depression now lies about 60 km SE of Sagar Islands and 210 km WSW of Khepupara.
The Met office here had issued a yellow warning of heavy rainfall at isolated places over the districts of Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Bhadrak and Balasore on Friday.
