Bhubaneswar: Police recovered the body of an online delivery boy at Jayadev Vihar in the city on Thursday morning.
According to sources, some residents out on morning walk found the dead body lying on the premises of a dilapidated house near Biju Patnaik College. They immediately informed Nayapalli police station.
Police suspect that the youth was murdered. But the real cause of death can be ascertained after a post-mortem, they added.
Police didn’t identify the deceased, except that he hailed from Jagatsinghpur district and worked as a delivery boy for an online portal.
The deceased’s family members have been informed. They will identify the body and then it will be sent for post-mortem, police added.
