Dharmendra Pradhan Reaches Puri, Joins PM’s Kedarnath Visit Live
Puri: Union Education & Skill Development Minister Dharmendra Pradhan arrived in Puri on Friday, from where he joined live Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Kedarnath.
He joined live Modi’s programme at Kedarnath from the Central Sanskrit University campus here.
Modi offered prayers at the Kedarnath temple on Friday and unveiled a magnificent 12-feet statue of Adi Guru Shankaracharya weighing 35 tonnes, work on which had begun in 2019.
The PM’s visit to Kedarnath is being live-streamed at prominent pilgrimage centres across the country.

Later, Dharmendra will visit the Jagannath Temple and visit Kamakantia village.
Speaking to reporters in Puri, BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra said it was a historic day for the country. BJP national vice-president Baijayant Panda is also attending the programme.
“Along with Union Minister Sh @dpradhanbjp ji and VP of @BJP4India Sh @PandaJay ji inaugurated the grand spiritual arrangements made at Shri Jagannath Puri Dham to watch the historic visit of PM Shri @narendramodi ji to Shri Kedarnath ji today Also performed Aarti of Sh Jagannath!,” Patra tweeted.
