Mumbai: Newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda’s sizzling chemistry in their debut film ‘Saiyaara’ impressed fans, so much so that they became the most desired onscreen couple overnight following the massive success of the film.

The duo sparked dating rumours after being spotted together on several occasions and at events, but never confirmed seeing each other.

Filmmaker Karan Johar’s recent statement on tennis icon Sania Mirza’s chat show ‘Serving It Up With Sania has fuelled Ahaan and Aneet’s dating rumours.

During the chat show, Sania asked KJo who according to him can be Bollywood’s next ‘it couple’.

Karan spontaneously replied, “Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda.”

Sania reiterated, “Next, is it?”

Karan smiled and suddenly changed his expression saying, “Oh! Well, they are yet not official so if they are going to be. I don’t know if they are, cause I haven’t checked.”

Karan’s comment left fans wondering if Karan had just confirmed Ahaan and

Aneet’s relationship.

In no time, a video clip of Sania and Karan’s chat how segment went viral.

Ahaan, on the other hand, is preparing for Ali Abbas Zafar and YRF’s next action film, co-starring Sharvari.
