USA President Donald Trump tested negative for COVID-19, a White House doctor said on Saturday.
Trump, 73, underwent the test after meeting with Fabio Wajngarten, an aide to the Brazilian president, who later tested positive for the virus.
US authorities have asked people to self-isolate at home for 14 days if they have had contact with a confirmed case. The total number of cases in the US is 3,043 with 60 deaths. A national state of emergency was declared by President Trump on Friday to release $50bn (£40bn) to fight the spread of the virus.
