Jajpur: Driver of a coal-laden truck was killed after being hit by another truck on National Highway-20 near Talagarh panchayat office under Korei police limits in Jajpur district late on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Sanjay Swain.
According to reports, the ill-fated vehicle was on its way to Keonjhar when it was hit by a speeding truck from behind.
On being informed, police rushed to the spot, seized both the vehicles and sent the body for postmortem.
