Bhubaneswar: The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Friday announced the schedule for the bypolls in Balasore Sadar and Tirtol constituencies.
According to the schedule, the filing of nomination papers will begin from Friday and continue till October 16. The candidates have to file nominations between 11 am and 3 pm.
The scrutiny of the nomination papers will be done on October 16 while the candidates can withdraw their nomination by October 19.
Polling will be held on November 3 and the counting of votes and results will be announced on November 10.
