Bhubaneswar: Ekamra Kanan Botanical Garden in Odisha capital was sealed by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Friday for violation of COVID-19 guidelines.
A enforcement squad of the BMC closed the park following complaints about overcrowding and violation of COVID safety norms.

Earlier, a block of Gymkhana Palm Heights apartment near SUM Hospital was declared containment zone following detection of several positive cases.
