Engineering Graduates Of Bhubaneswar’s SOA Receive Their Certificates

Bhubaneswar: Students of 2019-23 batch at the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), faculty of engineering and technology of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University (SOA), were presented their degree certificates at a special graduation ceremony here on Thursday.

Students graduated in Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering, Computer Science engineering, Computer Science & Information Technology, Electrical engineering, Electrical & Electronics engineering and Electronics & Communication engineering.

SOA Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pradipta Kumar Nanda, who was chief guest at the ceremony, congratulated the graduating students and wished them a bright future.

“You have passed out from a university which has been ranked 15th in the country by the National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2023 and ITER has been ranked 27th in the country among engineering colleges,” he said.

Additional Dean (Student Affairs) of ITER Prof. Renu Sharma, Dean of ITER Prof. Pradip Kumar Sahu, SOA Pro-Chancellor Prof. Sitikantha Mishra, Controller of Examination Prof. Manjula Das, Dean (Students’ Welfare) Prof. Jyoti Ranjan Das and heads of the seven engineering departments were present.
