Balangir: Former BJD MLA of Loisinga, Ramakant Seth joined the Congress on Sunday.
Seth formally joined the Congress in presence of the president of Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Niranjan Patnaik and leader of the Opposition Narasingha Mishra at the Chasi Janajagaran Samavesh here.
