BNR Hotel Of Old-World Charm In Odisha’s Puri Enters 95th Year Of Service
Puri: BNR Hotel, the railway heritage property along Puri beach, has entered its 95th year of service.
The majestic colonial structure of the heritage hotel reminds one of the old-world charm while the sea-facing rooms and sprawling lawn give a tourist the much-needed tranquil surrounding to unwind.
The old Ashworth Villa was purchased by Bengal Nagpur Railway in 1922 and converted to a hotel in 1925. The hotel features 37 spacious rooms that have vintage design and beautiful art works related to the Indian Railways. Fitted with modern amenities, the guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea.
