Jajpur: Five labourers sustained severe burn injuries in an explosion in Maithan Steel Plant at Kalinganagar in Jajpur district on Wednesday. The injured labourers have been identified as Satyaranjan Sahu, Umanath Yadav, Umesh Ray, Manas Mallik (21) and Sunil Majhi (24). The injured were rushed to the CHC. Four of the injured have been shifted to the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack in a critical condition.
