Fact Check: Actress Tamannaah Bhatia To Marry Pakistani Cricketer Abdul Razzaq?

Mumbai: Pictures of actress Tamannaah Bhatia along with Pakistani Cricketer Abdul Razzaq have gone viral on social media platforms, giving rise to speculation that the two are getting hitched soon.

In the picture, Tamannaah and Abdul Razzaq can be seen looking at jewellery designs at a shop.

As soon as the pictures became viral, social media was abuzz with rumours about engagement of the duo and their plans to walk down the aisle soon.

However, according to media reports, these pictures were clicked in 2017, when the actress and cricketer were invited as chief guests to an event in Dubai.

These are old pictures which are being circulated on social media again.

Expressing displeasure over marriage rumours, in an old interview, Tamannaah had said, “One day it’s an actor, another day it’s a cricketer, and now it’s a doctor. These rumours make it sound like I’m on a husband shopping spree. While I love the idea of being in love, I definitely don’t appreciate baseless news when it comes to my personal life.”

Currently, Tamannaah Bhatia is home quarantining following the lockdown.
