Bhubaneswar: While students are eagerly waiting for their first semester results, a notification, stating that board exams for Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 and Class 12 will commence from May 4, 2022, recently began doing the rounds on social media.
The CBSE in a tweet has debunked the fake notification. The PIB Fact Check again posted the same and wrote: “A notification issued in the name of CBSE claims that Board examinations for class X and XII will commence from 4th May 2022. This claim is #Fake.”
It further stated that no such notification has been issued by CBSE.
Earlier, CBSE had debunked a fake notice regarding the CBSE Class 12 result announcement date. It has also shared the fake notice dated January 22, which claimed that the results will be released latest by January 25.
