New York: Elon Musk is not just a tech billionaire, he’s a colourful person who loves to be in the limelight.
However, not many know that the 52-year-old CEO of Tesla recently became father for the 12th time!
The new member of his ever-expanding family arrived earlier this year when he had his third child with Neuralink Corp’s Director of Special Projects Shivon Zilis, reported Bloomberg.
Zilis earlier had twins with Musk, in 2021.
Musk also fathered six children (one of whom is no more) with his first wife Justine Musk and three with Canadian musician Grimes.
Musk has not yet announced the name and sex of his newborn, who has been kept out of the spotlight so far.
After weeks of rumours and speculation, Musk said the that the latest addition to his family was no “secret.”
“Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean ‘secret’,” the X Corp. owner told Page Six.
“As for ‘secretly fathered,’ that is also false. All our friends and family know,” Musk said in a statement.
Musk’s personal connection with Zilis came out in the open only after they filed a petition in 2022 to change their twins’ names to include both their last names as part of their middle names.
Musk’s biographer Walter Isaacson then shared insights into their relationship in September 2023. He posted a photo of Musk and Zilis with their twins, offering a glimpse into their family life.
