Bhubaneswar: A complaint was lodged against Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon at Lingaraj police station here on Tuesday for allegedly shooting in the ‘no camera zone’ of the shrine.
Though the incident took place on Sunday, the matter came to the fore after the video clipping of the shoot featuring the actress surfaced on social media. In the video, uploaded by the concerned advertising agency, Raveena is seen offering some beauty tips.
“The temple administration was completely unaware of the incident. An FIR has been lodged against the actress for shooting an advertisement for promotion of some cosmetic items,” Administrative Officer, Lord Lingaraj Temple Rajiv Lochan Parida said.

Meanwhile, DCP Satyabrat Bhoi informed that police have launched an investigation into the matter.

Raveena Tandon was in the city to attend the Odia Filmfair Award held recently.
