Jharsuguda: The flight services from the Veer Surendra Sai airport here to Mumbai and Bengaluru began on Tuesday.
The maiden flight of Spice Jet’s Boeing 737 that landed at the airport at 12.30 pm was given traditional water salute. As per schedule, the plane will fly to Bengaluru and return to Jharsuguda at around 5.40 pm. It will take off for Mumbai at 6.10 pm.
