Kandhamal: Congress leader and a former MLA from Kandhamal district, Sahula Mallick passed away due to protracted illness at the government hospital at Baliguda early on Friday. He was 85.
Mallick had won from Baliguda three times in 1974, 1980 and 1995. He was very popular for his selfless services to the people.
