Rayagada: Excise officials arrested four peddlers and seized four quintals of ganja, which was being smuggled in a water tanker near Nuagarh Pajilibandha Chhak in Rayagada district on Friday.
The officials also seized four quintals of contraband under their possession.
According to sources, the contraband was being transported to Tamil Nadu from Rayagada. The arrested persons are now in police custody for interrogation.
