While Reliance is expected to launch Jio GigaFiber at cut throat prices, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are warming up to retain customers with offers and discounts.
Airtel, the country’s second largest telecom player, has also announced offers on its broadband internet services. The company is now giving 3 months of free Netflix subscription on Airtel V-Fiber broadband plans higher than Rs 1099 per month. There’s also a year of Amazon Prime membership, 3 months of ZEE5 Premium and Airtel TV Premium bundled in the Airtel Thanks offer.
Users can avail the benefits under Airtel Thanks banner in MyAirtel app. The free Netflix plan is a basic plan of one screen and SD content only worth Rs 1,500. However, there’s no credit card requirement to avail it.
