Mumbai: The trailer of the highly-anticipated Ram Charan-starrer ‘Game Changer’ was released on Thursday evening at an event in Hyderabad.
Going by the 2-minute, 40-second trailer, the film promises to be a mass entertainer.
Fans were surprised to see Ram Charan in multiple looks, including that of a student, a police officer and a common man in lungi.
The trailer begins with IAS officer Ram asking people not to run after money. The actor is then seen sporting multiple looks and later faces off corrupt politician SJ Suryah.
Helmed by Shankar, the film also stars Kiara Advani (as Ram’s love interest), Anjali, Samuthirakani, Suryah, Srikanth, Prakash Raj and Sunil in key roles.
Produced by Dil Raju and Sirish’s Sri Venkateswara Creations, Ram Charan’s ‘Game Changer’ has been apparently made on a massive budget, with the filmmakers reportedly spending nearly ₹75 crore for just four songs.
Initially scheduled for a Christmas 2024 release, the film got delayed because of unfinished post-production work. The film will now be releasing on January 10.
‘Game Changer’ will see a clash with Balakrishna and Bobby Deol-starrer ‘Daaku Maharaaj’ and Venkatesh-starrer ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunam,’ which are hitting screens on January 12.
