Bhubaneswar: Government Railway Police (GRP) seized ganja worth more than Rs 5 lakh from Bhubaneswar railway station and arrested a person in this regard on Sunday morning.
The identity of the accused was yet to be revealed.
Sources said following a tip-off, GRP personnel caught the person while he was waiting for a train. They found the ganja hidden in a carton he was carrying.
It was learnt that the accused was trying to smuggle the contraband outside the state.
GRP officials said they have launched an investigation.
