Facility for booking LPG refill by giving a missed-call has been rolled out pan-India and for registering a new LPG connection has been rolled out in Bhubaneswar. Service for registration of LPG connections through missed-call will be available across India shortly, said Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in Bhubaneswar.
He was speaking at the launch of several new customer-centric initiatives under Narendra Modi Government’s Digital India initiative.

If your mobile number is not registered, you will get a message in which you will get a number – 7718955555 which you can dial to get a refill or click on the link given in SMS
Pradhan also launched the second phase of XP100 world-class premium grade Petrol (100 Octane) from Digboi Refinery through video conference.
IOCL Chairman Shrikant Madhav Vaidya joined the function online and addressed the gathering.
“In line with the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister for a Digital India, IndianOil is continuously upgrading facilities in digital platform for its esteemed customers. The missed call facility will be yet another touch point for our customers to seamlessly interact with us for their LPG needs,” said Vaidya.
