Govt Offices Closed For Entry Of Public In Puri

Puri: The district administration on Tuesday announced that all government offices and institutions except police and hospitals will be closed for entry by public owing to corona management measures for next 15 days.

In an online press briefing, Puri Collector Balwant Singh said in case of any official work, the people should rather get contact the officials concerned over telephone.

He also said the enforcement teams have been directed to strictly impose penalties for violation of COVID-19 guidelines like wearing maks and maintaining social distancing at shops and markets.

The collector appealed to people to immediately intimate local health officials if they develop symptoms of flu or fever.
