Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) here on Thursday said the day temperature will remain high till March 19 morning.
It has issued heatwave (Yellow) warning for one or two places over the districts of Angul, Jharsuguda, Sonepur, Sambalpur, Boudh, Balangir and Nayagarh for Thursday and till 8.30 am of Friday.
Similar weather condition is likely to prevail in Angul, Sambalpur, Sonepur, Boudh and Balangir on March 19 till 8.30 am.
The Met Office has advised people of these districts to precautionary measures for hot weather while going outside during noontime.
