Bhubaneswar: In view of the intense heat wave condition prevailing across the state, the school and mass education department on Wednesday decided to temporarily shut its grievance redressal cell functioning at Odisha Primary Education Programme Authority (OPEPA) from May 8, an official release said.
However, public can lodge their complaints online through studenthelpline.nic.in andgrcellsme@gmail.com. The cell will be opened after heat wave relents.
Normally, the grievance hearing is conducted every Monday at the OPEPA office.
