Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar, on Tuesday issued a warning of intermittent rain with one or two spells of heavy rain in the twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
The Centre, in its morning bulletin, said that rainfall in the twin cities will continue till Wednesday morning.
Stating the there will be traffic congestion in these two cities due to waterlogging, the Centre advised people to remain alert to open manholes and uncovered electric wires when out on the city roads as there will be poor visibility.
