Heavy To Very Heavy Rain May Continue In Odisha Till July 8, Intense Spells Likely In Cuttack, Bhubaneswar
Bhubaneswar: Heavy rain may continue to lash several districts of Odisha till July 8, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed on Thursday.
The weather agency has issued yellow warning for heavy rainfall at one or two places in Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Keonjhar, Bargarh, Mayurbhanj, Balangir and Kalahandi districts on July 4. Bhubaneswar may experience cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershower.

While there is no warning for July 5, heavy rain may resumed at one or two places in Koraput, Rayagada, Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar on July 6.
There is a warning for heavy to very heavy rainfallat one or two places in Malkangiri, Koraput, Kandhamal and Ganjam on July 7. Heavy rain may also occur at one or two places in Gajapati, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Khurda, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Puri, Mayurbhanj, and Keonjhar districts.
On July 8, heavy rain may continue to lash one or two places in Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Ganjam, Gajapati, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Sundargarh, Mayurbhanj, and Keonjhar.
Light to moderate rain/thundershower may continue at many places across the state from July 4-10, it added.
