Mumbai: Yash’s rugged, fierce avatar in ‘Toxic’ teaser has set social media abuzz, with fans saying the actor is the perfect choice to play Ravana in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’.
Several users even claimed that Yash could “easily overshadow” lead actor Ranbir Kapoor, who is reportedly playing Lord Ram in the upcoming epic.
After the teaser was released on Friday, a Reddit user shared a screenshot of Yash’s intense look from the film and captioned it as, “Felt like he can pull off Ravana’s rage in Ramayana movie after seeing this.”
In the screenshot, Yash is seen sitting in a bathtub, staring furiously at someone, with eyes filled with rage.
Reacting to the post, one commented, “He’s definitely well-suited for Ravana.”
