Union Home Minister Amit Shah was re-admitted to New Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Saturday.
As per reports, Shah’s condition is stable.
According to Zee News, Shah has been complaining of breathing issues post his recovery from COVID-19 infection. A team of doctors, led by AIIMS director Randeep Guleria, is treating Shah at the New Delhi facility.
The Home Minister was admitted at around 11 pm on Saturday to the Cardio Neuro Tower of AIIMS.
It may be recalled that Shah was admitted to the same hospital for post-COVID-19 treatments and was later discharged on August 31.
According to a press release from AIIMS, the home minister was advised a complete checkup at the time of his discharge on August 31.
