Mumbai: Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan’s younger son Hridaan Roshan is set to follow in his father’s footsteps as he has enrolled at the prestigious University of Southern California to study filmmaking.
American School of Bombay, Hridaan’s former school, shared the news on its official Instagram account, drawing congratulatory messages from friends and family.
On Monday night, sharing a picture of a young Hridaan with the USC logo below, the American School of Bombay wrote, “It’s no surprise to US that we’ll C Hridaan at USC studying film and TV production! Congratulations Hridaan, we are so proud,” read the caption of the post. The post saw several congratulatory messages from friends and family. Cousin Fizaa Ali, daughter of his aunt Farah Khan Ali, wrote, “Yay hridu!”
Hrithik and Sussanne got married in 2000. They have two sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan.
After nearly a decade and half of marriage, the couple got separated in 2014. Even after their divorce, Hrithik and Sussanne continue to co-parent their children.
In 2020, Sussane said Hrithik was ‘the best dad ever’.
“When God knew he couldn’t be everywhere he made ‘A Dad’. Happy daddy’s day Rye… u are simply the best dad ever. #rayridzrye,” Sussane wrote.
On the work front, Hrithik was seen in the YRF spy thriller ‘War 2’, which failed to impress the audience.
Hrithik is now directing ‘Krrish 4’, and will also star in the film.
