Bhubaneswar: Roopa Roshan Sahoo has been appointed as Member Secretary of Poverty and Human Development Monitoring Agency (PHDMA).
The new assignment will be in addition to her current responsibilities, a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department said on Tuesday.
This 2006-batch Odisha cadre IAS officer was Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister.
The PHDMA focuses on poverty research at regional and social level, tracking human development issues and evaluation studies. It is an autonomous agency under the Planning and Convergence Department.
