Bhubaneswar: As part of the annual socio-cultural fest ‘Alma Fiesta’, IIT-Bhubaneswar has launched three contests to celebrate Odisha’s art and culture.
The first contest, ‘Food o Shoot’ is a photography competition aimed at showcasing the rich cuisine of Odisha. Participants have been asked to send three unedited pictures of their favourite Odia dish by December 4.
The fest team has also launched ‘Souvenir de Bonheur’, a travel photography competition, turning the spotlight on ‘Unexplored Odisha’ wherein the submissions should showcase the photography skills as well as the memorable experience linked to the photograph, bringing out the beauty of Odisha.
‘Dexterity – Tongue of Aesthetics’, is another contest for art and craft lovers, in which submission of paintings and handicrafts are accepted.
Entries have also been invited by December 2 for ‘Saraca Asoca’, a fashion competition themed around Odisha handloom.
