Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a thunderstorm alert for five places in Odisha from 4pm to 7pm on Tuesday.
The latest Met bulletin said moderate thunderstorm, lightning with light rainfall and gusty wind speeds reaching 30-40kmph are likely to occur at one or two places in Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Nuapada, Baragarh, Ganjam, Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Boudh, Angul, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Gajapati and Mayurbhanj districts.
