Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a thunderstorm alert for six districts of Odisha from 6.30 to 9.30pm on Sunday.
The latest Met bulletin said moderate thunderstorm, lightning with light rainfall and gusty wind speeds reaching 30-40kmph are likely to occur at one or two places in Nuapara, Balangir, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur and Sundargarh districts.
