Bhubaneswar: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday directed district collectors to improve the delivery of public services by using 3Ts (Transparency, technology and team work) formula for ensuring good governance in the state.
Inaugurating the three-day collectors’ workshop at the secretariat here, Naveen sought suggestions on how to work towards development of youths, farmers, students, adivasis and labourers in Odisha. He also unveiled a web portal http://ortpsa.in/3torient and urged the citizens to send their valuable suggestions on improving 10 different services, including healthcare, drinking water, electricity supply, paddy procurement and employment generation, through the online platform till June 30.
“My government is people’s government and we will implement all the suggestions received from public to strengthen the service delivery system in days to come,” the chief minister added.
Chief secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi and ministers and secretaries of different government departments also attended the meeting.
