Dubai: The Odia Society UAE celebrated Kartika Purnima and Boita Bandana at Mamzar beach in Dubai on Monday morning.
Adhering to the norms against the pandemic, the revellers set sail to three beautiful boats made by volunteers and Odia Society members, including their children, on the occasion.
“We feel proud to celebrate our culture and traditions in a foreign land with all enthusiasm so that our children can learn of our rich cultural heritage,” a member said.
