The much-awaited India Skills Report 2019-20 is out. According to the report prepared by CII in association with UNDP, AICTE and Association of Indian Universities, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi have witnessed the maximum hiring activity in 2019. However, Odisha, which has made a determined effort to ramp up its skilling initiative and is hard-selling the state as an emerging destination for students scouting for job opportunities, finds zero mention in the report.
