New Delhi: Google on Monday revealed that the search for COVID-19 vaccine skyrocketed in May and went up by over 190 per cent in India.
The search for coronavirus, on the other hand, dropped to No. 12 in searched topics, according to a report.
In May, the top trending search terms included ‘Lockdown 4.0’ and ‘Eid Mubarak’.
The report further stated that the search for ‘coronavirus lockdown zones Delhi’ grew more than 1,800 per cent in May and ‘Italy coronavirus vaccine’ increased by 750 per cent.
Goa, Meghalaya and Chandigarh recorded the highest search interest.
