International Flights To Remain Suspended Till July 15: DGCA
New Delhi: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Friday decided to suspend all international flight operations till July 15.
The competent authority has decided that scheduled international commercial passenger services to or from India shall remain suspended till 2359 hrs IST of July 15, 2020,” the DGCA circular read.
The Civil Aviation Ministry, however, said that some international flights may be allowed on selected routes by the competent authority on case to case basis.
All flight operations were suspended in the last week of March to check the spread of COVID-19. The domestic flights resumed services on May 25 and have ferried close to two million passengers since then, a senior government official told LiveMint.
